Getting Started

ClubMeister helps sports teams manage events, RSVPs, and team communication all in one place. Download the app from the App Store or Google Play, or sign in to the web portal at admin.clubmeister.app to create your account and set up your first team.

How do I join a team?

Your team administrator can invite you by adding your email address or phone number. You'll receive an invitation with a join link — open it and follow the prompts to confirm your spot on the roster.

How do RSVPs work?

When your administrator schedules an event, you'll be notified in the app (and by SMS if you've opted in). Simply tap to confirm whether you're attending, so your coach always has an accurate headcount.

How do I reset my password?

On the sign-in screen of the app or web portal, tap "Forgot password" and enter your email address. We'll send you a secure link to set a new password.
