Members & profiles
See who's on your team, open their profiles, keep your own details up to date, and — if you're an admin — add custom fields and manage everyone's data in one place.
What this covers
Everyone on your team has a profile with a photo, name, role and contact details, plus any extra Custom fields your team adds (like shirt size). You can browse the roster and open anyone's profile, keep your own account details current, and decide what teammates are allowed to see. Admins can go further — creating custom profile fields and filling in or exporting everyone's details from a single table.
Everything here works on your phone (App Store / Google Play) and in your browser at admin.clubmeister.app.
Browse members
Open the Team tab to see the roster of everyone on your team. Each person shows their photo, name and role. On the web you get the same list as a table you can scan at a glance.
- Tap (or click) any member to open their full profile.
- Roles — like trainer, captain or player — are shown so you can tell everyone apart at a glance.
- New members who are still waiting to be approved appear as pending until an admin lets them in.
View a member's profile
Opening a member shows their Profile screen. Here's what you'll find:
- Their photo, name and role at the top.
- Message and Call buttons for other members — Message opens your existing direct chat with them (or the Chats tab so you can start one).
- A Contact card with email and phone. If a member has chosen to keep a detail private, you'll see Hidden by this member instead.
- A read-only Custom fields card listing the team's visible fields and that member's values (a dash “—” means it's empty).
- If you're an admin, a Remove from team option, with a confirmation before anyone is removed.
Admins who manage members can see contact details even when a member has hidden them, so they can always reach the team. The Message and Call buttons never appear on your own profile.
Manage your own account
Open Account from the side-menu account card, or tap Edit Profile on the Team tab. Your account has two tabs.
On the Profile tab you can:
- Tap your photo (“Tap photo to change”) to pick a new one and crop it with Move & Scale.
- Edit your first and last name, birthdate, phone (with a country-code picker — needed for SMS reminders) and address (start typing to search).
- Fill in any team custom fields right there in the same tab.
- Turn Show this to teammates on or off under your email and phone to control who sees them.
Text edits save on their own a moment after you stop typing (you'll see “Saving…” then “Saved”), or tap Save changes to save right away.
On the Settings tab you'll find:
- Appearance — Light, Dark or Auto.
- Push notifications controls.
- Change password (at least 8 characters).
- Links to the Privacy Policy, Help & feedback and Terms of Service.
- Log out, and Delete account — which permanently removes your account after a confirmation.
The email shown on your Profile tab is your sign-in email and can't be changed from this screen — editing it here won't update it. Your address only changes when you pick a new one from the search suggestions.
Custom fields (admins)
Custom fields let admins collect extra details beyond the standard profile — shirt size, dietary needs, a jersey number, and so on. They then appear on member profiles and on each person's Account screen.
To add one:
- From the side menu, open Admin > Team & Custom Data to reach the Custom Data hub, which lists your existing fields.
- Tap Add field and choose a type: Text, Single selection or Multiple selection.
- Name the field. For selection types, add between 2 and 6 options.
- Optionally turn on Mandatory (members are asked to fill it in when they join), then tap Save custom field.
Mark a field as hidden and it disappears from profiles and Account screens without deleting the data. Deleting a field, though, happens straight away with no confirmation, so double-check before you remove one.
Manage team data (admins)
From the Custom Data hub, tap Manage Team Data to open the Team Data page. This is where admins fill in and organise everyone's details.
- On the Team Data tab, each member shows a one-line summary of their filled-in fields. Tap the pencil to open an edit sheet and enter values for that person.
- On the Configuration tab, drag the handles to reorder columns and toggle whether each field is required or hidden.
- To get everything as a spreadsheet, use Export team data in Team settings.
The Custom Data and Team Data areas are for admins only. Custom fields are listed alphabetically by name rather than in the order you set, and selection fields can have up to 6 options.
