ClubMeister plans & pricing

Every club runs on one of three plans — Free, Club or League — and your plan decides how many members you can have, your payment fee, and whether SMS reminders and tournaments are switched on.

What this covers

ClubMeister comes in a permanently free plan plus two paid plans — Free, Club and League. The plan is set for the whole club (not per team or per member), so everyone in the club shares the same features. Moving up a plan gives you room for more members, a lower fee on payments you collect, and premium extras like SMS RSVP reminders and tournaments.

Free plan

Free is a permanent plan — no trial clock — and it covers everything most small teams need day to day:

• The core app: events and RSVPs, team chat, posts and line-ups.
• Payments: you can collect team fees from members even on Free, so you can get money in before you ever pay for ClubMeister. The platform fee is highest on this plan and gets lower as you move up.
• A smaller member capacity, which suits a single squad.

SMS RSVP reminders and tournaments are not part of the Free plan — you'll see them with a lock icon and an option to upgrade.

Club plan

Club is the "most popular" step up, built for a growing team or a club with several groups. It includes everything in Free, and adds:

• A larger member capacity so you can invite many more people.
• A lower payment fee than Free on the team fees you collect.
• SMS RSVP reminders — nudge members to respond to an event by text, with a monthly allowance of free reminder texts included.

Tournaments are still reserved for the League plan.

League plan

League is the top plan, for larger clubs and anyone running competitions. It includes everything in Club, and adds:

• Unlimited members.
• The lowest payment fee of any plan.
• A bigger monthly allowance of free SMS RSVP reminders.
• Tournaments & leagues — the only plan that unlocks running tournaments.

SMS reminders & tournaments

Two features are gated behind the paid plans. ClubMeister never hides them — you'll always see them, with a lock icon, so you know what a higher plan offers:

• SMS RSVP reminders unlock from the Club plan. On Free, the Send RSVP reminder button on an event still shows, but tapping it opens an upgrade prompt with a View plans option instead of sending.
• Tournaments are a League feature. On lower plans the Tournaments nav entry stays visible with a lock icon; opening it shows a short "League feature" page with Upgrade to League (for the club admin), View plans and Go back.

Each paid plan includes a set number of free reminder texts per month across all your teams. If you send more than that, reminders keep going for a small per-message charge that's added to your next bill — see Plan & Billing for the current allowance and rate.

Manage your plan

Open Plan & Billing to see your current plan and every option side by side. A Monthly / Yearly toggle flips the displayed prices, and the yearly option is the cheaper way to pay. Only the club admin can buy or change the plan; other admins see the plans read-only.

1. The club admin taps Choose on a paid plan (your current plan is marked and can't be re-selected).
2. A secure checkout opens for the plan and billing period you picked. After paying, you land on a confirmation page.
3. Once the purchase comes through, your club's plan flips and the new features unlock for the whole club.

If your club already has a paid plan, the same button opens the billing portal instead, where you can switch between monthly and yearly, change plan, or cancel. Cancelling (or a renewal that keeps failing) automatically returns your club to the Free plan.
