Feedback & roadmap
See what's coming and help shape it
Watch what the ClubMeister team is working on now, next and later, report bugs with a screenshot, share your ideas, and vote on what matters most to you.
What this covers
ClubMeister has a public roadmap built right into the app, so you can see where the product is heading and add your voice. Open the side menu and tap Feedback & Roadmap to find a board of tickets — every bug report and every idea — laid out across five columns:
- New — just submitted and not yet picked up.
- Now — actively being worked on.
- Next — coming up soon.
- Later — planned for eventually.
- Done — shipped and available.
Anyone in your team can browse the whole board, submit a bug or an idea, and upvote the tickets they care about. Some cards also show a small progress label as a ticket is reviewed and worked through.
This board shows the roadmap for ClubMeister the app itself — not your own team's tasks. Your votes and reports help the team decide what to build next.
Browse the roadmap and vote
Everything on the board is read-only until you choose to vote or report, so feel free to look around first.
- Open the side menu and tap Feedback & Roadmap.
- Swipe sideways through the New, Now, Next, Later and Done columns. Each card shows the ticket type (Bug or Idea), its title, its vote count and, where work has started, a progress label.
- Tap the upvote arrow on a card to back it. Tap it again to withdraw your vote. You get one vote per ticket.
- Tap a card to open the full ticket: its description, current stage, a short assessment, its history, and — if you reported it with a screenshot — your screenshot.
Before you add a new idea, scroll the board — if someone already suggested the same thing, upvoting it carries more weight than a duplicate ticket.
Report a bug
Found something broken? Reporting it takes a few seconds, and there are two ways to start.
- On the board, tap the round + button. Or, on iPhone and Android 14+, just take an OS screenshot anywhere in the app — a "Screenshot taken — report a bug?" prompt appears, and its Report action drops you straight into the report sheet.
- Keep the type on Bug, enter a title and a short description of what happened, and — if you like — attach the screenshot you just took from your photo library.
- Tap Submit.
When you submit a bug, ClubMeister automatically attaches technical details from your recent session — such as your app version and platform — so the team can reproduce the problem without having to ask you follow-up questions.
Your screenshot is private: only you can see it, even though the rest of the ticket is visible to everyone on the board.
Share an idea
Got a suggestion for a new feature or an improvement? Ideas work just like bug reports, minus the screenshot and technical details.
- Tap the + button on the board.
- Switch the type to Idea.
- Enter a clear title and a description, then tap Submit.
Ideas carry no technical session details — they're just your words. Once submitted, your idea joins the board where others can read and upvote it.
Who can see what
Everyone who is signed in can read the whole board, submit bugs and ideas, and vote — with one vote per ticket. Nobody edits tickets from inside the app: stages and status labels are set by the ClubMeister team, so what you see on the board reflects the real state of each item.
If your request to join a team is still waiting for approval, you can't open the Feedback & Roadmap board yet — you'll be sent to the waiting screen instead. Once you're approved, the board becomes available.
Good to know
- Screenshot-to-report works on iPhone and Android 14+. On older Android and in the browser there's no screenshot prompt, so start your report with the + button instead — everything else is the same.
- Technical details are only sent for bugs. Ideas never include any session information, and sensitive details are never recorded.
- Not every ticket makes the board. Submissions that turn out not to be a fit simply don't appear as a column — there's no "rejected" pile.
- The screenshot prompt is polite. It only shows when you're signed in, and never while you're already on the Feedback & Roadmap screen.
