Getting help and reading the legal pages

Reach the ClubMeister team when something isn't working, and find out where to read the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

What this covers

This is the small part of ClubMeister that's about the app itself rather than your club. From here you can reach the ClubMeister support team when something looks off, and read the two legal documents — the Privacy Policy and the Terms of Service. None of it touches your team's events, chats or line-ups.

You can also reach us any time from the support page, and read the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service in any browser.

Contact support

If something isn't working or you have a question for the ClubMeister team, send a ticket straight from the app:

  1. Open your Account page and tap Help & feedback in the Support section.
  2. On the ClubMeister Support screen, type a short description of what's going on in the Description field.
  3. Tap Submit ticket. Your device's email app opens with the message already filled in — just send it, and it reaches the ClubMeister team.

The more detail the better: tell us what you were doing, what you expected, and what happened instead. That helps us sort it out on the first reply.

Submitting a ticket opens your email app rather than sending on its own. If your device has no email account set up, nothing will open — so check that the message actually leaves your outbox, or email us from the support page instead.

ClubMeister's two legal documents are always available, both in the app and on the web.

  • During sign-up, under "By creating an account, you agree to the following:", tap Privacy Policy or Terms of Service.
  • After you've signed up, you can open the Privacy Policy again from your Account page (in the Account section).

Each one opens inside the app, showing the live page from the ClubMeister website. You can also read them directly in your browser: the Privacy Policy and the Terms of Service.

Because these are the live web versions, they can be kept up to date without you needing to update the app. They do need an internet connection to load.

Who can open these

None of this is locked behind a role or a login. The support screen, the Privacy Policy and the Terms of Service are all reachable even before you sign in — that's how the sign-up screen is able to link to them. If you've asked to join a team and are waiting for approval, you can still reach support and both legal documents in the meantime.
